Excitement ran high as iHeartRadio held their annual music festival at the Las Vegas Village near the MGM on September 24, 2016.
The show opened with Macy’s rising-star winners, Los 5. Comprised of five members from five different countries, Los 5 delivered an upbeat and energetic performance, warming up the crowd for a day full of headlining artists.
Some highlights of the festival included Troye Sivan’s sweet-sounding and melodious vocals, The Chainsmokers’ high-powered rave featuring Daya in their collaborated song, Don’t Let Me Down, Sam Hunt’s constant interaction with his fans, and Panic! at the Disco’s cover of Bohemian Rhapsody.

A number of different DJ’s entertained the crowd in between performances keeping the fans’ adrenaline pumping.
Numerous tents littered the festival grounds, each sponsored by a variety of big-name corporations like State Farm, MasterCard, Ulta Beauty, T-Mobile, Macy’s, and more.
There was also a diversity in the food offered at the music festival. There were several food trucks set up, selling everything from ice cream to barbeque.
Later that night, there was a continuation of the two-part iHeartRadio Music Festival at T-Mobile Arena. Artists such as Drake, Twenty One Pilots, and Britney Spears performed at this two night event. These two nights will be aired on The CW on October 6th and 7th.
Overall, the iHeartRadio Music Festival was a fun and entertaining event. Hopefully, next year’s festival will be just as spectacular.
